Long story short, my dog scratched the lense of my eye. A friend from work suggested Dr. Jacobs, i was seen as an emergency case due to the damage, pain and swelling. The eye care team Dr. Jacobs has on staff genuinely care and were very empathetic to my situation. As a new patient, 5 mins of paperwork and i was being seen. Within 10 seconds of him looking at my eye he applied some numbing drops and made sure there would be no need for surgery. He put a bandage contact on my eye and explained everything associated with the damage to include healing time and everything in between. I was seen the next day to inspect the healing process, and again the third day to remove the lense and my eye is 100% healed now. Thank you Eye Care Services!!!

Been coming here for 4 yrs for my safety glasses. Always very nice and polite staff that genuinely cares. They have a good inventory also.

great eye dr!!got the call my glasses had come in(7days normal) no problem when i arrived to pick up my glasses there was only lenses in a tray was asked if i had brought the frames with me(wth) i informed the tech they were to be sent off!she then took the demo frames off the shelf and took them to the glasses tech in office(600$not new frames)i wasnt given the option of demos i made the purchase for NEW Frames luckily the lenses need to be shaved down more.so they have to be sent back off so will be going into 2nd week and 600$ maybe should taken my scrip to walmart which i despise
