You get a friendly greeting as soon as you walk in and all of the staff is very polite and helpful the entire time. The doctor is one of the best I've ever seen. Very caring, takes his time and listens to everything you say. I go every year for my check up and to order contacts. If there is some sort of coupon or discount for my lenses they make sure to tell me about it and help me get it. Also my contacts show up quick and always on time. I'm really glad I found this office. I use to live in Greenville for many years and never found an office that makes you feel as personal and at home as this place does. Thank you Family Eye Care

First, I'd like to say thank you to the ladies at the front desk. Your smiles and kindness went a long way that day. Thank you to Dr. MacDonald for making my daughters feel comfortable during their visit. FYI: the girls have not stopped bragging about their visit and new glasses!! Thank you and see you next year!!

I give the staff a 5 stars they are all friendly and helpful, didn't try to over sell anything and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Ordering I'd give a 1 star so overall I am going with a 3. Placed an order just for lenses was told 1-2 weeks, should be closer to 1 week since its just lenses. Its been 2 and half weeks now, I don't really get an answer about time frame when I call. They say they are looking into it but I never get a call back or anything. I can see being backed up or whatever but at least call your clients and tell them their order isn't coming in today, we aren't sure why (or check into that why not part) and give me a better estimate. If you aren't in a big hurry awesome place to go, if you are I'd try somewhere else.

Went in for a pair of lenses. Charged $194. Was told i had to wait 10 days. Its been well over 2 weeks. Recieved a text msg that i could come in and pick them up. Come in to find out they closed early for holidays. No warning, any signs or feedback whatsoever. Yes the staff is nice but not very helpful. At least tell customers the hours you are actually open. I've been having a very hard time without my glasses. I would not recommend going here. There are other professionals in the area

These are a nice group of people. They will help you, if you let them. The doctors seem to really care about your eye health. My eyes changed suddenly and my 2nd exam was done. Bifocals was my only option and they helped me understand the importance and I protested like hell. They aren't so bad and unless I tell you, you would never know they're bifocal lenses. Thanks for the help.

I paid out of pocket for my son's eye exam and glasses (eye exam $116 glasses $470 total $586). I am extremely disappointed to find out I paid double what I could have paid ordering online myself. After checking the Oakley website for the field day eyeglasses + prescription lenses I could've saved just under 200 dollars ordering them myself. Family Eye Care Center charge me for adding scratch resistant lenses and come to find out it was included on the Oakley website with the fames and lenses! The fames plus lenses were only $272 on the website but Family Eye Care Center charged me $470. If you do choose to use this establishment shop around before purchasing glasses or contacts from this place, they just pocketed $200 extra dollars off me.

The doctor and his staff are very kind and professional. I have found a new eye doctor and plan to return for my future eye care needs. Thank you!

Went last year with my girlfriend and she walked out seeing better than ever but 6 months later she started feeling like her sight was getting worse come to find out they had given her the wrong prescription to strong for her right eye and we went in and they admitted to it being there fault but still wanted her to pay cost of her glasses and eye contact which was very upsetting considering we had already spent over $800 bottom line is they didn't make it right and now she is having problem with her balance and having double vision she even went to the owner in Clinton hoping he would do her right and he still wanted money not a good business at all extremely upsetting and we don't have the money to go and get another exam and glasses oh also bought prescription sunglasses that she wore maybe once they obviously don't care about people just money In their pockets I hate seeing her like this and not having the money to help I definitely would take your money somewhere else!
