Exam was quick and on time. Kelli was wondering helped me pick a great pair of glasses. Wonderful and love coming here.

Service was fast and Kelli was great with helping my decide my frames. She went over my lens options and we came up with the best option that will work for me. Overall Kelli was really friendly to work with.

Kelly , the employee lied to my face. She tried to change me $45 dollars for my free eye exam my insurance paid for. I decided to go to Stanton Optical my usual eye glass place because I was also lied by the lady that booked my appointment. I asked first hand if it was in network and she said yes just to come for my appointment and after my exam being told I'm out of network. Dissatisfied by the lies I simply asked for my prescriptions and KELLY stated she was only giving me the scrips for the glasses. I then left the store and called my insurance and had to go back to get my scripts for my contract lenses. Anytime a person smile and lie to your face to try to con you out of 45 dollars is just insane to me. When I returned to the store Kelly was on the phone and another lady was there and I explained that I called my insurance and it included my scripts with my eye exam so she printed it out for me. It took everything in me not to give Kelly a good cussing out so with that being said folks , Avoid KELLY! SHE IS A LIAR. I'll never get any glasses or lenses there. It was my first visit and exam and definitely my last! Be warned! Don't go there!

My daughter and I had a great experience at America's Best. Great customer service from the everyone. They were patient, friendly and kind. Kelly did an awesome job helping us choose our glasses. My daughter is so excited to get her glasses. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

The entire experience was great from start to finish. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Kelli was very helpful in aiding me to make decisions best for me and gave options for potential future purchases.

What an easy experience, everyone so friendly and welcoming! Kelli was especially helpful and her knowledge expertise on point she was extremely supportive. I can't imagine a better experience! They did make me hungry when they ordered their lunch out the door I went to Zorbia's for a Caesar salad with blackened salmon oh so yummy! Thank you Kelli and Sandra for the suggestion! Delicious!
