Been going to see Dr. Baley and Daniel Island Eye care for many years now. Booking appointments is easy. The front desk and sales staff are all kind. The doctors and nurse/techs have great bedside manner, listen well, don't rush the patient, are up to date on technology and methodologies, and are very through. They ask permission and estimate costs before running exams that may not be fully covered by insurance. Dr. Baley even successfully diagnosed a rare condition super early by going above and beyond with a year over year comparison study of previous test results to look for differences. When shopping for glasses and frames, they don't push you towards expensive ones, but rather focus on function, fit, and form. They provide free maintenance on their products and clear up issues under warranty quickly and without complaint. Great service all around.
