Receptionist was able to get me an appointment with short notice, they saw me next day. Cassie was very helpful and informative I had a lot of questions she took her time with me and made sure I understood the check in process and services required for my eye exam. Sam was also friendly, and Doctor Rollins very kind thanks again for your services.

This is the Worst service we've ever had. My parents went to an exam today, and multiple things happened to give the reviews: 1. Whenever they arrived they asked for assistance in Spanish, which we were told they have, and the lady said she could help. Whenever they give the information the ladies at the counter took the info but never logged it into the system, they started talking about their nails, and show each other social media stuff and my mom had to go and tell them that they were waiting to be called. 2. After a long wait, my mom started her exam, but the lady that was supposed to assist them in Spanish didn't have any disposition to help with the translations, and when she was asked again to help a little bit the way she acted was like she was being bothered by it. Then the lady that was taking the exam said "nevermind" and started logging "results" into the system when my mom wasn't even able to give a response to her questions. They had to ask for a refund of money and my dad skipped his appointment cause we understand that the language is a challenge but what's the point of offering assistance in spanish if the personnel you have working is not even bothered to assist. If the ladies read this: if you don't like your job, and you don't have what it takes to work in costumer service FIND ANOTHER JOB.

Been using this place since 2002,and all my kids got an eye exam with this team every year, awesome team.

The doctor was great. She listened to my medical history and was very understanding. The office staff not so much. Rude, not friendly and insensitive to my hearing impairment.

Office staff is extremely rude. EVERY time I have spoke with them, In person or on the phone they always seem to have an attitude as if I am bothering them.

Always professional and caring with a friendly staff. My insurance works well here. And have used them for years . Always on my return list.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Juras for years & I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Juras takes time to listen to my eye problems & makes sure my exam is correct.
