America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

One pair of my progressive lens glasses are made wrong. Haven't used them due to this. Found out when getting them adjusted to see what the problem was, seeing double. Made wrong and manager won't make it right. I've spent $$$ there. Manager would rather lose two customers than make it right.... Oh well.

This is the worst location I have ever been to.. I had to switch the normal location of where we go and had to drive 30 out the way to come to this one. Due to traffic we were 6 mins late for the appointment and they have a 10 min grace period... I was met with attitude at the front desk by an Asian lady and whit male who decided to be rude and condescending.. americas best has a 10 grace period and when we walked in they cancelled our appointment and refused to see us after only being late 6 mins ... the man decided to get smart saying well we send a reminder and why didn't you call.. there was no need to call when there is a 10 min grace period the lady sat there with a stank expression no apology or anything when she is the one who cancelled the appointment before the allotted grace period. Worst experience do not recommend will not be returning

Stay away, they hire new doctors fresh out of school that don't really know what they're doing. Additionally they are not flexible and won't work with you at all regarding getting your prescription/contacts.

Stephanie was wonderful and she was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely look forward to seeing her again. And she went out of her way to fix my glasses. Thank you Steph for everything.

Everyone here was so nice and helpful! No pressure to buy anything. Jasmine was encouraging, nonjudgmental, and willing to go out of her way to fix my glasses. In and out in 45 minutes. Will definitely be coming back.

The young lady who helped me with my contacts was so patient with me and very kind. I believe her name is Jasmine. Corporate please acknowledge the wonderful team that you have working here. I'm a District Trainer for a customer facing business and the team at this location is top notch. Pricing is reasonable as well!

I have been coming to America's Best for many years and in several different states. The Cherrydale location is the best office that I have visited. They were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They were also concerned enough to ask and answer questions that are important to my eye health. Jeremy, the General Manager, was helpful and excellent to work with.

Always in and out quickly. The new doctor is very kind and Chris at the front desk is the man!
