The whole staff at Eyemart Express is so friendly and welcoming. Kevin goes above and beyond to always give incredible customer service to all of his clients. He is super knowledgable about frames and lenses. He really listens and answered all of my questions, giving me all of the time I needed. I was trying different pairs of eyeglasses but wasn't loving them so I asked Kevin for his help and and he picked out 2 gorgeous frames (eyeglasses and sunglasses) for me that I wouldn't even have thought about trying on. I love them and found them really complementary to the shape of my face. I really appreciate how thorough Kevin is when he fit and measured me for both pairs. This is the second time I've purchased frames from Kevin and when I'm ready for new ones, he's the one I'm going to. Thank you Kevin for always being a gentleman and making purchasing eyewear a pleasure!

I needed a new Rx and reluctantly went to Lenscrafters because they took my insurance, but their prices were so high and they would not honor the $50 discount with my insurance as advertised so I went elsewhere. (False advertising) At Eyemart Express, I was taken care of quickly, given a cost that was covered by my insurance and got a 2nd pair for FREE! and my glasses were ready in less than an hour! I will never go back to Lenscrafters. Eyemart Express staff are so much more friendlier, customer focused and knowledgeable and they have great deals!

Man I must say I'm beyond satisfied with my service today. In one hour I walked out with a vision exam and two brand new set of glasses! If I could give more than a five star I would. Friendly fast and attentive staff. Josh was great he related with me and made the whole experience smoothe and easy. By the time I checked out. Service was fast and great. They have a wide variety of very cute and stylish frames. Right now if you have insurance you can get a back up pair free (subject to certain glasses). My back up glasses were finished in about 30 minutes. My primary pair will take a couple weeks because of some extras I added. Go see them they are great!

Dr Patel was friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail even showing me the difference between my old prescription and new one. Maria at eyemart was very helpful. She made great suggestions that saved me money without sacrificing quality. My glasses were done in 27 minutes! I did the whole exam and purchase in about an hour and that was as a walk in. Even the lady that answered the phone was polite suggesting that if I came in right away that I didn't need an appointment. The whole experience was better than the "big guy" eye clinics.
