I recently moved to Greenville and I'm so glad I've already found my new eye doctor! Dr. Poole and the team were incredibly welcoming and professional. The appointment was thorough, everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. Such a great experience -- I'm grateful to have found a doctor I trust so quickly. Highly recommend!

This was the best service thus far! Dr Kinate was very thorough and informative. I understand her with common language and felt I grasped the knowledge of her expertise. I was able to get my vision assessed and order my glasses within the same day! Amazing I will definitely be back annually.

Great experience. On time. Modern equipment. Extremely nice. People seem very competent....BUT I took off a star tonight..reason being that after I got my eye exam and scrip, the optical part of Costco was way backed up, so I left, figuring i'd just get my glasses online....so when I went on line tonite, one of the things I needed to know was the PD (evidently that's the measurement of the distance between your pupils. That measurement was NOT on the prescription, so I called Greenville vision. Now, bear in mind I paid like $125 for the eye exam. I was told that the PD was not a part of the exam and If I wanted to know what my PD was, I had to go in and pay $15 to get it measured! WHAT? that is just way wrong. I'm sure the reason is that the optical counter at Costco can measure your PD, and they want you to shop there. Ridiculous that without the PD you wouldn't be able to order online. and the wait at the optical at Costco to be seen was a half hour. that is one Crazy extra charge.

As always and for the last 10 years I've had nothing but professional, great service, punctuality, kindness and educational experience, Doctor and attendant talk to you, explain any doubt and give you warm advice for the health of your eyes. Price and quality matters and this group work hard to keep matters up to every one's expectations that is why Costco is being a supporter for this team. Well recommended by me 100%.

Today was the first time seeing Dr. Christina Kinate (normally see Brian) and she was phenomenal!! Best experience since I have been coming here. She was very informative and was very knowledgeable about different contacts. I told her my concerns with my old contacts and she made suggestions for new ones that she thought would help. She gave me a trial pair of a different monthly contact and also a trial pair of daily contacts.

The staff at this office are very kind. The optometrist, Dr. Poole took his time and was intentional in making sure the prescription is accurate. He answered any questions and concerns I had. He is friendly, kind and professional providing great customer service and a positive experience.

Had to bring my toddler in with me. Dr. Poole was so amazing and patient with him while I was getting my exam done. Absolutely loved my experience. Definitely earned a new patient.

I had a thorough eye exam today. Dr. Kinate was friendly, efficient and professional. She explained each part of the exam and the results. Overall this was a first class experience and I will return at regular intervals.
