Service and treatment is excellent but I wish they would do a better job of planning out appointment times. Every time i have an appointment, it turns into an extended wait since they are always behind schedule. I wish they would better estimate how many patients they can handle during the day so that I don't end up waiting a couple of hours for a 15 -30 min examination.

Dr. Holland has been my eye doctor for nearly 15 years. She's the best with regard to technology, customer service, and efficiency. Her exams are detailed and thorough; she takes the time (as does her staff) to communicate the details and offer treatment guidance for best outcomes. She's a 10+ on professionalism and being an Opthalmologist, she is very intelligent but not uppity.

I went to Dr Holland on 12-1for a cataract surgery consultation. She told me that I had macular degeneration and wasn't eligible for an upgraded lens. I was in shock. This was the first time I had ever been told that I had macular degeneration. I immediately made an appointment for The Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami. I spent four hours there today and saw two Doctors. Praise God I don't have Macular degeneration but those 30 days were horrible. I can't not recommend this Doctor. IN good faith I can not get my cataract surgery at this facility.
