Skyler and Kami were so much help in trying to take a pair of sunglasses that I purchased their for my husband. They were able to order new lens so I could give them to my son, after my husband passed away. It meant so much to us! Thank you so much for making it happen! I will definitely come back when it is time to order mine. Patricia Ward
I hadn't been back to the Southland Mall location in a while because I assumed they were no longer there -- but to my pleasant surprise, they are! From the moment I walked in, Chris, the manager, provided exceptional customer service. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure all of my questions were answered. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. When I returned to pick up my eyeglasses, the great service continued. That's when I met Xemenia, who was just as kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's rare to find a team so consistently attentive. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing quality service and care.
Love Dr Gary! Very professional Dr. cares very much for her patients! She made me feel so comfortable! Love Angel at the front. She was so sweet and had the greatest personality! My whole visit from start to finish was awesome! Thank you Angel and Dr Gary!
I recently visited LensCrafters and experienced a customer service interaction that left me with a negative feeling for the first time in over six years. I have been a loyal customer and only purchase my eyeglasses and schedule my eye exams through LensCrafters because I've always appreciated the company's professional, consistent, and timely service. However, during this visit, I observed the service clerk take several seconds to adjust, arrange, and repeatedly move her face mask before interacting with me. I understand and fully respect that employees may choose to wear a face covering for personal reasons, and I am not complaining about the mask itself. The issue is how her actions appeared in that moment and the message it communicated. The way she repeatedly adjusted the mask--while preparing to assist me--gave the impression that she was uncomfortable with customers, or that she needed protection from me personally. It honestly took me back, to the point that I had to look around and ask myself whether I was in a medical facility or a hospital environment rather than a retail business. I checked again and confirmed I was in LensCrafters.
In a professional customer-facing setting, first impressions matter. Even if her intentions were not negative, that behavior can easily be interpreted by a customer as rude, distancing, or unwelcoming. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and sends the wrong message to current and future customers, especially when the customer feels judged or treated like a health risk. That feeling matters because it directly impacts the customer's trust and willingness to continue doing business. Unfortunately, due to the negative energy and the way the situation made me feel, I chose to continue. While I continue to value LensCrafters overall and the quality of care and products you provide, I would rate the service I received from this particular employee as one star or less. I'm sharing this complaint because I believe LensCrafters holds itself to a higher standard, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to protect the professional and welcoming experience that has kept me as a loyal customer for years.
I had a great experience at this eyeglass store. The two employees who helped me were absolutely exceptional. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood all my options without making me feel rushed. Their customer service went above and beyond, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of them, I left feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and professionalism.
They were very helpful! Gave me a free adjustment as well as a complimentary case! Zach was very nice and funny! Overall would come back and I am going to!
Went in due to not liking the pair of higher end glasses. The girl who helped me talked to me as if I had two heads then the other girl that was there made me feel super uncomfortable. Whe. I called the other store that i normally deal with the girla t the store that had not been helping me listened in on my phone conversation jumped up feom helping another customer in feont of her to run tell the lady i was on the phone with the len crafters. Very unprofessional.
Will never go to that location again. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I work in a professionally luxury atmosphere ans to treat someone like this is absolutely unexceptable.
Rhianna helped me find the best fit and options after reviewing my insurance and needs. She was very helpful and patient as she reviewed the many options available. She clearly cares about customers and ensuring they make the right choice.
