Had a terrible experience in the Mills location and these guys heard my situation, offered immediately solutions and provided me with the best customer service experience ever! I had to spend more money to fix the issues from dealing with the Mills location but Chad and team did everything they could to resolve my concerns and get me the prescription lenses I needed!
