I have been going here for 6 years and I'm very impressed. With Dr. David Nigh. His council, prior to getting my cataract surgery was invaluable! Absolutely top notch people!

My Family went here because, number one, the office was accessible by phone(a live human being to answer that phone, and not a machine and certainly not an answering service.) We loved both Doctors we saw, and received excellent care. However, the last 4 times we have attempted to call the appointment desk, there was either no answer or we were routed to the optical side of the practice, or there's an answering service at 10:45am during the day. The Practice needs to understand that people don't want to play phone tag today. I have responsibility 24/7 for a loved one. Imagine everyone I call, on their behalf, making it this difficult to reach them and give them Business. If you value your Customers at all, please put someone on the phone lines(plural) to answer real-time, at the appointment desk. If I used to answer a 16-line switchboard, surely your apmnt desk employee/s can answer, directly, to provide quick Customer Service to your Patients and to Prospective Patients.

The least amount of time I've spent waiting to be seen and taken through an eye exam. The office atmosphere is very friendly and clean! Each staff member genuinely cares about the role they serve for the customers! Dr. Niederbrach is excellent with making you feel at ease. She listens to your concerns and gives the time to ensure you are matched with the right lens! Can not speak highly enough of my visit. Everyone looking for a seamless visit for an eye exam, needs to visit this location!

Great for the entire family- impressed with Dr. Vining & the staff at both locations. Dr. Michelle Vining is extremely knowledgeable, and appointments are not rushed & the most comprehensive we've received in over 20 years of wearing glasses. Dr. David Nigh is equally pleasant.

My husband and I have been patients since 2008. We have always received exceptional care from Dr. Steven and Dr. David as well as their staff. We are always seen promptly and never rushed . During this year's visit, Doctor Nigh observed a tiny change in my Retinal pictures that caused him to refer me to Dr. Bergstrom at Retina Consultants. This observation was almost in perceivable, but could have been critical to my overall health. Thankfully the final diagnosis was a condition that is very manageable. I am so grateful for this quality of care and highly recommend this practice.

While traveling with Dr. David Nigh for a running race, I was suddenly hit with intense pain in my left eye and could barely keep it open. Even after finishing an ultra-distance run, Dr. Nigh calmly examined me on the spot, nailed the diagnosis, and was willing to phone in the exact prescription drops I needed. Within 24 hours I was already about 60 percent better and soon back to normal--no trip derailed. His expertise, compassion, and "above-and-beyond" attitude genuinely saved my eyesight. I can't recommend Dr. Nigh highly enough, both as an optometrist and as an exceptional human being.

This place is fantastic and takes their job seriously. I am through with "free eye exam with glasses" places that rush you through a very superficial eye exam that I have found to be quite often incorrect. I'm very thankful I read the reviews and went here. They take their time; they explain well; they have very sophisticated equipment; not to mention, every person I encountered on the staff was professional and kind. I will gladly pay out-of-pocket again to have such a great exam.

I was referred by a friend to see son in this practice for a second opinion. My son was 8 years old at the time and suddenly had a lazy eye (genetic). Even though it had happened to me at 6 years old, our family felt overwhelmed and scared. The optometrist who diagnosed him rushed us through the appt and we were given a referral to have further tests for possible surgery a year out. The office staff at Nigh Group knew our situation and treated us so nicely and professionally. They did their best to schedule us in a timely manner and were so warm and welcoming. As we were waiting in the waiting room, we listened to the pleasant conversations of the staff among themselves - it appeared they all liked each other and enjoyed working in that office. Dr. Nigh took his time with us and throughly explained my son's condition and ran through all the tests making sure we understood the diagnosis and how and why he came to his conclusions. He wanted both myself AND my young son to understand. His practice was not covered under our insurance so we paid out of pocket. Worth every penny. My son did end up getting the surgery (it was a success!) and that was great but Dr. Nigh really helped calm our anxieties in the waiting process. Great doctor & staff!
