Wow seriously can't say enough how seamless this process was. Was dreading this for a while but every point from reception to the wonderful manager Lisa who handled out the end of the process and helped me weigh my options to make sure I got what I wanted was seamless for me. Even when they were a bit busy and handling 2-3 people at a time through rude customers and impatience Lisa showed great resilience and great customer service. Her ability to de-escalate and pivot while continuing to provide exceptional service is unmatched. She was able to fix some frames I was very sad about messing up over the years and was very indecisive to pick some new ones so I left feeling amazing and comfortable in my usual glasses :) making the investment worth it. Overall 10/10 experience the DR was knowledgeable and non pressuring def felt like a friend helping a friend more than an exam! Cannot shout out miss lisa enough though! And every member of the team was very knowledgeable and informative. As well as the wait times if any were as promised. Would recommend.

Stanton optical is the best place to go for glasses. Between the eye exam and choosing your glasses and options the staff go above and beyond for each customer and it really shows. They are friendly, beyond helpful and absolutely seamless with their work. Really if you need glasses and you're not coming here, you need to rethink your eye care! I love my sunglasses and my regular glasses and they will continue to have my business.

Awful. Saw actual optometrist 3 minutes, he never said a full sentence. No prices on the frames. $800 for two pairs of glasses. Ugliest and Cheapest eye glass cases I've ever been handed in 30 yrs! Cheap and the stores name is on it! This promo item is Store Colors only orange or blue, cheap thin foam fall-out inserts, so nice to protect your glasses! Lol Oh but doctor made a bag for me, lol dry eye solution and eye mask .... $80.00. Haha

I've come here for 3 years and consistently it's always unpleasant. The staff is disinterested and lacks answers to basic questions. I had an appointment, still waited 30 min before and 20 min after my eye exam. The exam feels rushed and the doctor seems disinterested and burned out. None of the deals they advertise applied to me, conveniently. They tried to upsell on several services. Their contacts are way more expensive than online retailers. I always leave here feeling frustrated and will be seeking a new spot moving forward.
