Top Notch Customer Service! First visit completed the eye exam and recieved a trial pair of contacts. For some reason the perscription over corrected for my close up vision but reduced clarity in my far off vision. I returned and told the folks my issues. No questions asked, they repeated the full exam procedure and got me fixed up with the right contacts. Over the course of the two visits, we may have spent 40 min inside the shop, total. Super nice folks. No funny stuff. Super value. I am a very happy customer. The online options for lenses and glasses may be a little less expensive by 15% or so, but you do not get these wonderful people as back up if something goes wrong. In this day and age of push button on line everything, I will pick the people backed businesses over a small savings any day of the week. There is no substitute for stellar customer service. I'm gonna let these contacts play for a couple of days and then I will be back in to order a full set and a few pair of glasses. Many Thanks Stanton Optical near Cherrydale! The staff was the absolute best; they made us feel at ease and they accommodated us to our needs, all while doing it with a warm smile. This establishment is very clean, welcoming, and the staff are really helpful and professional. They have a wide range of options to choose from and great prices. Go check them out and I promise you that you will be glad you did. I know I am.

I went in without an appointment at 6pm, the close at 7, and wanted to see if I could get squeezed in. I was adamant that I did not want to keep them later than close and would be happy to schedule an appointment for a later date if that was needed. They were kind, happy to help, and assured me that it was no problem. I browsed the glasses selection while I waited to see the doctor and was done with my exam in less than 10 minutes! I was able to pick out a pair of regular glasses with blue light protection and a pair of sunglasses that I was even able to customize the strength of the tint and color! I HIGHLY recommend this Stanton location, and the sales manager, I believe his name was Tom, if I got that wrong I sincerely apologize, was wonderful. I will be going back!

These guys saved me over $100 . I went for a contact lens eye exam expecting to pay full for the exam plus order contacts online after. Well they mentioned to me ,after my exam was finished ,about their price match policy for lenses . So I sat there and found the cheapest deal online and they matched it and took off the fee for the eye exam! Very nice and helpful staff
