My teens and I loved this office and doctor. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Coss seems very smart and explains everything without talking down to you. The costs with PEBA were very fair. Great experience!

I have been with Dr. Coss four years now and its been great! Very calm place from entrance to when you leave. Not fast paced or hectic like I had with my opthmalogist in the past. Staff is very nice and professional. Love that you can also schedule your appointment on their website. Dr. Coss spends alot of time with you and great manner and answering all my questions. Would highly recommend Dr. Coss and his great staff!

From the first phone call to my first visit the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Coss has an outstanding chair side manner, he's excellent at diagnosis, takes great care in explaining the diagnosis. I feel that he went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Coss and his staff.

We love Dr Coss. He always takes his time and is very informative. He had to see my husband on an emergency basis today and was fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful also. Highly recommended!!!

My first time here and the visit was great! There are two locations. I went to the location where Dr. Coss is located. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I did have a issue when my glasses came in. They didn't fit my face so well at the nose pads and needed some extra adjusting with the frame. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me she was very helpful and friendly. Everything was great. I will definetly return next year for my yearly exam!

It used to be perfect service, but since My Eye Dr has taken over, it's definitely lacking in some ways. Dr Coss and his regular receptionist are still fantastic, absolutely no complaints there! Great service still, I just miss the days when it was a private practice.

Experience has been pleasant. Doctor was friendly and likeable. Everyone was professional. My wife's glasses were made with no issues. There was an issue with the lenses in my sunglasses, and so far they have handled it very well. They immediately admitted there was an error on their part that they couldn't quite explain. So I am going back to recheck with the doctor to see if there is a problem with the manufacturing of the lenses, a typo on the prescription, or something weird about my eyes. I will update after the resolution of my sunglasses. Only real complaint is that there isn't a very big "show room" for frames, so it seems like limited selection.
