Wonderful customer service. Met at the door with a warm welcome, explanation of what to expect from A-Z including expected length of time for this visit. Each staffer was engaging, took time and made me feel at home. The first examiner explained the testing in a simple, understandable way. The doctor also explained each step of the testing, including what to expect in eye care for the next five years. As a medical professional myself, we also had pleasant professional exchange.
