I had a great experience at the Eyemart Express after having a not-so-great experience at one of the facilities in town. They were incredibly helpful in helping me pick out my frame style and explaining the types of lenses which they offer. What I would've paid for ONE pair of glasses at my regular office I got two pairs, with full warranty, and all the nice features. Incredible team at the Greenwood Eyemart Express, they have definitely gained my business!!!

The staff were so helpful and ready to help. They quickly found the problem, corrected the prescription and remade my lenses perfectly! I am grateful for Kavon and Will patiently helping me! My family and I visited this location during our stop in Greenwood, SC. The team was extremely welcoming! My first encounter was with Tiasha. She was inviting, greeted us with a welcoming smile and knowledgeable about the product. I also encountered Bryan during my visit. I had an exceptional conversation with the General Manager, Mr. Kavon about his experience and his plans for the Greenwood community. First time customer. Went on Saturday morning and they were packed with appointments 15 minutes apart. I thought they handled the rush very well, offering water and chairs, and being polite with assertiveness. Got my glasses same day as well with many options to choose from. My wife broke the frames on her glasses after dinner, I glued them to hold them until she was able to get a replacement pair since she didn't have a backup pair. I searched the area that we live that fixes or prepares glasses in 1 day or less. I found Eyemart Express in Greenwood SC. The next morning (Saturday) we stopped by the newly opened place and were greeted promptly as we entered. When asked if we could be helped my wife said that she broke her glasses and was hoping that they could find a pair of frames to fit her lenses. My wife handed her glasses to Kavon and he started looking for frames and after a few minutes of looking he found a pair that fit perfectly and installed the lenses. The frames looked great and fit better then the higher priced frames she broke. We left very happy and spent less than $80. We would totally recommend Eyemart Express, they are our new go to place for eye wear. Thank you Eyemart Express.

Kavon Hannah was very engaging and made us feel like we were friends. They found the best deals and discounts and we really felt that our money was well spent.
