This is my second year as a patient and I appreciate the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of the staff. They are always so friendly.

Terrible people. They give your information out and you'll continuously junk mail from them. On top of that they'll deny your online prescription orders being valid towards online retailers so you'll have to buy their overpriced lenses and frames. 0/10 don't recommend, won't be going back.

I feel like with the opening of their new offices, they've gotten a little smug. I've been going here since I was a teenager, only bought glasses from them one time because the prices are outrageous. They've always been nice, accomodating, everything you'd want. But I had an insurance issue with this office this year; my DENTAL insurance (which has been canceled since May) was conflicting with my regular insurance. I rescheduled with this office TWICE, both times they wait until the DAY BEFORE to tell me there is still an issue. I called my insurance both times, was on the phone with them for two and a half hours the second time and was assured that the issue had been solved. So I rescheduled my visit, way far out by the way since they waited until the last minute to call. AGAIN, they call the day before, same issue, the woman that gets on the phone with me is very rude; tells me that I can either call my insurance and get it fixed or cancel my appointment but it isn't their issue. I have never been treated like this by their staff. I tried to explain that I had talked to my insurance multiple times, she didn't care, told me to reschedule. So instead, I just scheduled somewhere else and had MUCH BETTER SERVICE.

This place is a joke they used to be good. I have been given four different delivery dates. Four different people have lied about this, and now there having to put my lenses in a display frame. I can't return to work till I get them. Insurance paid some on the glasses, I paid out of pocket for the rest didn't even offer any type of return for my trouble. Unprofessional, don't go there if you, value your eye site.

This is the most amazing optometrist I've ever been to. I was a new patient so I assumed it would take months to be seen but it only took a few weeks. It didn't take long to be seen and the office you're waiting in is so bright and pleasant. The staff is AMAZING. All of them are so welcoming, nice, and knowledgeable. They all know what they're doing and that's so refreshing to see. The woman that did the dilation eye drops and the initial tests was so nice and put in the eye drops with ease. Nothing hurt, nothing was uncomfortable... they truly know what they're doing. I saw Dr. Penka and she is so sweet, professional, and knows what she's doing. I cannot express how refreshing that is. I've seen many eye doctors and this is the one I hope to keep forever. They also help you with however you want to get glasses. If it's online, they know how to help you with what numbers to put in to order them. If you want to just keep your frames, they can just put new lenses in those. If you want new glasses, they have an amazing selection.

The doctors are caring and professional, and the staff is friendly an helpful. We've been going there for years are always pleased. They have even gone out of their way for me. We had been traveling across country for our daughter's wedding and I lost a pair of contacts. I called the office and they sent a pair to our daughter's home in Montana. They were waiting for me when I got there.

All of the staff were very friendly. Both of my daughters had eye exam appointments with dilation and we were in and out within an hour. They were great and very thourough. We just moved here, so it was nice to find a great vision center for our family near our new home.
