Great experience! Staff went over and beyond for my family. Dr. Bailey is very personable, caring and trustworthy. Chelsea and Lauren went above and beyond the extra steps to make sure we had everything we needed. You guys are absolutely fantastic! This place treated us like people instead of a number. So i got new glasses with prisims and 3 times they came back from the lab wrong and i was still seeing double. I was told the 3rd time that dr baily needed to see me and made appt for next monday. Office manager called me today to tell me that she was canscelling my appt and that dr bailley said there 8s norhing else he could do for me. I dont believe that dr bailley said that but anyway for a eye doctors office to say that is appalling and for a lab to keep screwing up glasses is incompetence at the highest level. This isnt the first time, office staff loses orders and lab screws up perscriptions. Over 5 years i have ordered 3 glasses and 1 sunglass and every single time there has been issues with either the staff losing orders or lab screwing up. Very bad company stay away

Dr. Bailey and the staff were great! This was my first visit to them and I was taken care of with eye exam, prognosis, and selection of frames for glasses quickly -but not rushed. Extremely friendly and professional. They treat you as if you are family and know their patients beyond the immediate eye care needs. You will not be disappointed in this office!
