I required a cataract removal 3 years ago. This group was highly recommended to me, so I became a patient of theirs. Their care, professionalism & cordiality made me feel confident & warm in their care. All went so very well & now that I require attention to a cataract in the other eye, I confidently returned their practice. The welcoming attention & warmth was still there, consistent & confident. It's a pleasure to be their patient & highly recommend their services to all, for a highly skilled practice for the benefit of your vision needs.

What a great experience at Carolina Eye care !The staff as I walked in the front door was amazing. Once I got back to the back it was just even more wonderful ! The doctor and all the nurse practitioners were also professional and very caring to be very honest this is my first time so only the future will tell me what's going on. It was my first appointment with Carolina Eyecare. On the particular day, they were short on staff so I ended up getting seen about 30 minutes later than my appointment. The doctor, Tessa Clark, was super personable and apologized for the delay. The appointment was efficient once seen. As it was my first time they were getting a baseline of my eye/visual condition. I was surprised they didn't have some of the state of the art equipment that I was accustomed to with my eyecare physician in another state. But Dr. Clark assured me they were thorough even though the exam was a little more manual. I will continue with this practice for a while because they are in a convenient location and Dr. Clark seems quite knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions to get to know my previous history and didn't seem to rush me through like some offices can do.

First visit for me with Dr. Hap. (Should be Dr. HAPPY) Very positive personality and an a impressive resume. I do feel comfortable having him do my surgery.

I was impressed with the roomy and attractive office space. The attentive staff at the front desk was appreciated. Jackie did a great job assessing my vision. Dr Clark followed up with a professional summary and she was very pleasant. Julie finished up by helping me select my new glasses ensuring the fit and thoroughly explaining the cost and discounts. It was probably the best eye exam experience that I've ever had!

I have to say that Dr. Tessa Clark did the most professional eye exam that I have had in a long time. And I really appreciated her smile and pleasant personality. I will never go anywhere else. Daniel H. Raess. MD

Dr. Clark and her staff are amazing. Dr. Clark really cares and takes as much time as she needs to to help with any of your questions or concerns. I highly recommend this practice.

If I could give a minus 5 that would be too high. We had an appt with Dr Howard on 11/11 at 9:30 am. We were coming in from out of town with a nonrefundable hotel reservation as I received a text confirming this appt a few days earlier. I received a text at 2pm on 11/10 canceling the appt as the Dr. was on extended health leave. I was told that they called several times, which they did not. Again, I had a text confirming the appt a few days earlier. I was put on hold 2x for 20 minutes each with no resolution. We had to eat $146 hotel room. Horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE
