Coastal Grand Eye Associates

Everyone here was so nice! The tech who took me back was wonderful!! Super friendly and helpful. The doctor was great! He was very knowledgeable and to the point but also made sure to be kind. And the guy who checked me out after I was done, 10/10. He explained everything to me that I needed to know from insurance coverage to cost and all my options from glasses to contacts, and answered allllll of my questions in between even though it was surely time for him to clock out!

I want to report irregularity in the practice of Coastal Grand Eye Associates, carried out by front desk receptionist. As a first-time customer, I had my routine eye exam. Front desk receptionist mentioned routine eye exam will be covered through my insurance. After completing exam at the time of check out, she wanted me to pay $39 for retinal imaging. I didn't request retinal imaging nor I was informed at the time of check in, that it would be charged separately. When I asked it should have been disclosed beforehand, she defended that it is part of routine eye exam. I feel cheated and I condemn this kind of practice. I lost trust on the Coastal Grand Eye Associates. I really want to thank Ms Dumayas-booth as she was amazing.

They never answer their phone and their voicemail message tells you "Do not leave a message. We will not return your call." There is no email, or alternative method of contacting them. How do you expect patients to do business with you, if they cannot leave a message, and you never answer your phone? I have called over and over for days trying to get through to someone regarding my contact lens order. This is ridiculous.

Staff was very kind and welcoming. Our first visit, we filled out paperwork and we're called back quickly. The techs and doctor are very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. My son was finished within 45 minutes and we were picking out frames for glasses. Highly recommend, a very good experience.

I absolutely could not be more pleased with the quality of service, the attention that each person gave me was impressive. I do not feel at all like I was rushed through an assembly line. Each team member made eye contact, smiled, and conversed with me. When I finally met the Dr. she was also very attentive and caring. I actually drive 90 minutes to come to this specific doctor. She and her staff are amazing. Kudos!!!

Very nice friendly staff. Elissa was super sweet helping me pick out my glasses and get fitted it was a much nicer experience than the last eye doctor I went to. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. I didn't feel rushed and was able to ask the doctor many questions. I will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! The whole staff was incredibly nice and helpful. My left eye has been red for months and no one could figure out why. The Dr knew immediately what was wrong and gave me 2 eyedrops and it's already cleared up! I'm very pleased with my experience.

I am now an established patient with this practice. The front desk staff is always pleasant and can explain what my cost is going to be with my insurance. They are well put together so I never have to worry about waiting long in between checking in and seeing the provider. Stacy (provider) is also great at explaining what the imaging is showing us and why we are choosing my prescription for contacts/glasses. I do opt to schedule my appointments online because it is so easy and I can see all of my options. Easy transition since moving from out of state.
