My husband and I were having trouble seeing with our new glasses. Though the glasses were purchased at a Costco out-of-state, Tammy went above and beyond to verify that the glasses were made correctly and fitted correctly. She noted a substantial change in the prescription for my glasses from the prior year and assisted me in scheduling a new eye exam. Ed, the manager, assisted with ordering replacement glasses. Top notch staff that cares!

Recently had my best eye exam with Dr. Lowe at Costco. Have lived in this area for 20 years and by far, I highly recommend Dr. Lowe and his team of professionals. There was no rush during the examination and everything was explained to me in great detail. Thanks!

I recently moved from Chicago to MB. I was a patient of Costco Optical back home so I decided to make appointments for our family with Dr. Anthony Lowe. It was very easy to schedule an appointment that fit our schedules. Dr.'s assistant, Amanda, is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Lowe is an amiable professional who shows genuine concern to ensure his patients receive the highest level of care. Based on my excellent customer experience with Dr. Lowe, the Costco Optical staff combined with the exceptional value for optical services and eyewear, this will be our family's eyecare practice of choice.

They truly care, best exam I had. Doc took time to really fine tune my prescription and even gave me trials before finalizing prescription. In 10 yrs nobody else has ever done that

After trying numerous ophthalmologists and optometrists and being told he'd have to wait weeks for an appointment to determine why my husband was having double-vision, I tried Costco's vision center. The very concerned and caring staff got him in to see Dr. Lowe within 48-hours. Turns out my hubby had a stroke in his left eye which caused cranial 6th nerve palsy.

I went in, filled out the patient information form . Told them I had Lasik surgery. During the procedure the Dr said "you have scars around the edge of your cornea that I have never seen before". I replied "I had Lasik. Oh that explains it. Really? Credibility gone where's my refund.? No really where is my refund? Costco flop.

My third visit was yesterday. Twice with Dr. Lowe and today with Dr. Allen. These doctors and everyone working in this office exceed expectations every time. Highly recommend.

Customer service was excellent! Steve helped us today and he was extremely helpful and made getting frames easy.
