I was looking for a provider, and was able to an appt. In with Mrs. Cristina. She did an amazing job of sharing information, that saved my pockets, honestly i dont mind spending money on me,and i will def be here. She made me feel like she care about new patients health/finance (regarding what insurance is accepted. And if im paying out of pocket) AMAZING SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. I can only imagine how the rest of the staff. I cant wait to go to my appt. On the 29th, and will leave another google review after that.

Dr. Baldwin and her team are always exceptionally professional and kind. I've been to their office three times over the past three years and every single time I am blown away by their courtesy and welcoming attitudes. Also, they are very good at what they do. All told I might have spent 20 minutes in their office getting my eye exam and contact fitting completed.
I cannot recommend anyone in the Myrtle Beach area more highly!

Very friendly front stage staff team. Exam and prescription were dead on perfect. Prices are more than reasonable. The only negative was long wait time, so I rescheduled, same thing happened on reschedule. Everything else was good, so will give it another try!
