Optic Gallery Family Eye Care

Terrible first time experience here! They didn't order the correct lenses for my oldest son's glasses so after waiting 45 minutes for them to cut them down and put them in the frames, we are having to do that again. My youngest sons glasses were completely wrong (he can't even read with them) and instead of correcting that, the guy sat there going over how his previous glasses (that he sees well with) were made wrong. I seriously couldn't believe how bad this experience was and will not be returning. By far the worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor and I have seen many. Follow up to your response... the doctor didn't even examine my son. He just sat there going on about how the glasses he could see with were made wrong. Dilations are not necessary for children unless there's a specific medical condition requiring it. He's had glasses most of his life and has seen many different eye doctors who have stated that. He's never had a pair of glasses made so wrong however and that was from your practice.

Beautiful office, great selection of frames, sweet, kind and attentive staff. I was seen by Dr. Caroline Young. She was friendly, smart, and patient. She educated me on eye health, strategies, contact and eyeglass options. She was genuinely interested in my vision needs.

I tried fixing my glasses I bought online and failed miserably, I walked in here and Efraim fixed them within seconds...very courteous staff and will definitely come back for further eyecare needs..had a great stock of amazing looking glasses here

I have gone to Optic Gallery a few times over the past 4 months and everytime visit was a pleasure. I was treated with sincere concern and professionalism. I had a problem with my eye glasses yesterday and they fixed them while I waited. No appointment! I highly recommend this eye care office. I am originally from NY and I hardly ever give a review but this one was earned. Keep up the good work.

7/16/25: Loved my first experience with Dr. Merhi and her staff. I was warmly welcomed @ reception. The congenial female technician took the time to explain each eye test she was administering. Dr. Merhi was very sweet while she closely examined inside my eyes and tested my vision for glasses. I really liked her enthusiasm and charm. I am on vacation with family and happened to forget my contacts. The folks at optic gallery family eye care inclduing Efraim and Jenny took amazing care of me, going above and beyond. They stayed open until I could get there and provided me with daily contacts free of charge! They are amazing, and you should definitely check them out!

Amazing experience getting my glasses after years without an exam. Very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding options best fit for you. Usually get my glasses from Zenni, but doesn't compare in quality. There is some distortion that happens from Zenni without aligning the pupil center... get lenses properly fitted from a great optometrist. Worth the extra and Efraim went above and beyond ensuring I know the quality, differences, and picking the right frames for me. Truly appreciate you all there! Thank you.
