I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach and one of the arms on my glasses broke off. I called them and asked them if they would be able to fix my glasses. They told me to come and let them look at the glasses. I arrived and was helped immediately by a very friendly lady. She took my glasses and the broken arm into the back to have their technician see what he could do. Ten minutes later the technician came out with my glasses repaired. He said he was able to find a spare arm that matched my frame exactly and put it on my frame. I was very happy and would recommend this location for all of your optical needs.

I had a wonderful experience. The dispenser was knowledgable in fashion styles and trends. Colors to match my complexion was also taken into consideration. They diligently worked to find the same frame, and swiftly checked on my insurance availability, to cover a large portion of the cost of a new pair. I went in at 9:00am when they opened. It was completely empty with 2 employees in the front. I asked if they had a certain type of frame, they said they had a few. I asked if they could show me and was told to look around myself to find them. I told them never mind I'll just leave if I have to search through hundreds of glasses to find the few they had and they just sat there and let me leave and lost my business. I will not go back.

do not go here, the staff incredibly rude, unprofessional. The online says walk in available, further indicates you can book online, I was in the area decided to stop in and inquire, the long haired blonde/brown hair at the front desk with glasses was so rude unprofessional unwelcoming said "NO WE DISABLED THAT" shaking her head so fiercely i thought she was going to give her self an induced stroke or quite possibly a stiff neck. the poor physicans they run the place, maybe its time to clean house and rehire new staff, or, quite possibly teach the front office desk how to behave, they will drive your business to the ground. cheers

I had my 1st visit to Pearle Vision Center in Myrtle Beach. The eye exams for my wife and I were very thorough and informative. The doctor performed some different tests on us since he saw that we each required individual needs. The staff was friendly and professional, both in the doctor's office section and at the front eyeglass shop. They worked with me to get me the best deals. I would highly recommend them.

I'm on vacation from Canada. unfortunately my glasses are falling apart. i went in to Pearle vision and asked if they could help me. Unfortunately i did not get his name but he and his staff were super friendly helped me out fixed up my glasses and diddnt charge me a penny. thank you so much, if i lived here i would never go anywhere else, for my vision and glasses care.

I called ahead to see if I could get extra contacts while on vacation. I was told I needed a valid prescription, but I explained that I was out of contacts, couldn't see, and didn't have my glasses with me. I asked them to fax my prescription, and when I followed up, they said it was expired but that I could still purchase contacts for $20.
Based on that, I went in person. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't give me the contacts because my prescription was expired. I explained that I had already called and was told it wouldn't be a problem. The employee said they would have to check with the doctor, and it would be up to them.
I explained again that I didn't have extra contacts or glasses and that it didn't make sense to be told one thing over the phone and then something different in person, especially after traveling all the way there. In the end, the employee just handed me my prescription and said they wouldn't help me.
