Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Doctor is also rude. Expect to wait over an hour and a half to 2 hours.

DO NOT GO TO DR. RILEY!!! I went to Dr Riley to get cataracts checked. The staff is not only rude but incompetent. They ask the usual questions, which would be fine if they weren't doing it right there where all the other patients could hear. There are files piled everywhere, the coverings over the equipment looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. It was disgusting! Even after all that I still made another appointment. I had to cancel because of another surgery. They're so unorganized that they called three times to confirm my appointment. You know, the one I had cancelled. They're a black eye to Tidelands!

I had 2 Cataract surgeries with Dr. Riley. Not only is he an excellent surgeon, he always takes the time to explain options and details. The office staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

Dr Riley did both my caterac surgeries and very successful. I have macular degeneration in one eye, he coordinated with a specialist before and during my visits. He has performed surgeries on several people in our community all good experiences

this place shouldn't even be in business! I will be reporting them to the medical board. My mother made an appointment 6 months ago and they said they were all booked which is understandable so we made an appointment for June 17th and the first of june we called to confirm to make sure the Covid-19 didn't change the appointment. She confirmed the date and time and even told us the instructions to wait in the parking lot with a face mask and to call when we are there. The appointment was at 3 and we arrived by 2:40 and called and they have the NASTIEST lady as the receptionist and she goes "your appointment was at 2:30" and after going back and forth for like 5 minutes about how the appointment was at 3 and she had it wrong and explaining how bad my mothers eyesight is and she can't see anything the lady proceeded to laugh in our faces! and when we said "you think its funny that she can't see" the lady hung up on us. Then when my father went in the building because we were very upset at this point she laughed and said "well thats life". I have never seen anyone treat a patient like that! I will not stop until this office is not in practice anymore!

I've been living in this area for 19 years and Dr Riley's office has always been the most pleasant doctor's office that I have ever been in. All of the staff is very professional and pleasant.

Dr. Riley is best doctor ever. Professional practice with kindness. I love all staff also. Thank you so much.
