I called ahead and spoke to Elesha over the phone, and from that very first conversation, I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping people.
When I arrived at the store, I saw another customer just finishing up with her. As they were leaving, they turned to me and immediately started singing Elesha's praises--which only confirmed my first impression.
Elesha greeted me warmly and immediately put all my worries at ease with her calm, lighthearted demeanor and expertise. In just a few moments, she helped me find the perfect new frame for my old lenses and even took the time to fix another older pair of glasses I brought in.
I honestly can't say enough good things about Elesha. She's a gem--her company is incredibly lucky to have her. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves for the outstanding service she provides.

Amazing experience with Elesha Terrell at Visionworks. I wanted to take a moment to commend the outstanding customer service I received from Elesha on 10/19/25. I was heartbroken when I accidentally ran over my brand new prescription sunglasses just three weeks after buying them. Elesha was incredibly kind and understanding. Instead of just offering a standard discount on a replacement, she went out of her way to find a solution that saved me money and got me a new pair in record time. I'am extremely grateful for the excellent customer service I have received from Elesha, thank you for all your kindness.

After waiting and being told the pair I wanted wasn't there, a simple drawer opening revealing the color the was inquiring about.
Rude and unapologetically miserable experience and when i mentioned another offer I was comparing it to, was told they use trash products.
And not being able to bill insurance for claim...id have to wait for a reimbursed check.
Its no wonder these places are worse than going to the dentist. I will not support any business talking down another, that is just unacceptable.

My experience at Visionworks today was wonderful from beginning to end! I walked in and was quickly greeted, scheduled my exam that same visit, received my prescription and got my glasses ordered! It was Friday at 5 PM on October 10, 2025 when I received this amazing service.The entire staff that was friendly and helpful!
I went back today 1/29/26. I lost my glasses and loved the ones I had previously bought from Elesha Terrell. Another nice young lady named "CC" waited on me this time. She was great as well! Between Elesha and CC I had a very enjoyable visit once again. I highly recommend both of these young ladies! Whether you need an exam to get a prescription or you already have a prescription and you're looking to purchase glasses go see these ladies they are both awesome!

I cannot say enough good things about Elesha! My son broke his glasses right before school started, and she immediately offered him a pair on the spot so he wouldn't have to go without. On top of that, she helped me navigate an insurance mishap with patience and professionalism. The office was busy with walk-ins, and she managed it all by herself with such grace--making sure every single person was taken care of. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to her, my son was able to start school with glasses. Customer service like this is rare. Can not thank her enough!
