Amazing experience from start to finish! I was greeted with warm smiles upon entry and directed right away. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting. The eye doctor was honest and helpful in explaining my prescription. My sales representative was patient, engaging, and gave me her full attention. One of my prescriptions was ready the same day--quoted one hour and ready in just 28 minutes! Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!

I came in for an eye examination the lady who checked me in at the doctor's office Regina (5*) was extremely nice and she went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable. She clearly explained the difference between the eye examination systems. What an Angel she was.
The Doctor was also amazing and friendly.
The sales lady Leah at the eye store was also wonderful and patient with me as she worked hard to get me the glasses l really wanted. My whole experience was tremendously awesome.

This was my first visit to Eyemart to have a vision exam and get new glasses. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and directed to check in. Every one from the optometrist to the lady that helped me to pick out my new frames and glasses was awesome. I will definitely be returning to them for any future eye care needs. They also provided me with a free pair of glasses for distance so I can watch TV in bed and which were ready in an hour as promised.

Nice and friendly environment and the staff was fast and listened to exactly what I wanted and what I needed. Jasmine was very easy to talk to and gave me good feedback while choosing my frames. The eye doc was nice and knowledgeable but could be more engaging, he seemed to be just trying to get through his day rather than connecting with the patient. Other than that it's a nice place. I would return in the future and would recommend to others.
