Carolina Eyecare Physicians: Cynthia Charnetski, O.D.

Service was very quick. Doctor was great. However, the ladies at the checkout desk were not very friendly. They gave me a copy of an expired prescription instead of the new one. We had gone to the eye care place which was 25 minutes away to find out the prescription was expired. Tried to call twice on hold for 35 minutes waiting for someone to answer then we had to be transferred to the Bluffton office. All we're trying to do is get a copy of the correct prescription. We ended up going back to the eye care facility to pick up a prescription because nobody faxed it. After going back there and picking up a copy of the prescription, they finally faxed it over to the eyeglass provider. also, there is no way to get directly in touch with the Bluffton location. It goes to a phone bank, which to me is an issue if you need to get a hold of somebody immediately at the eye doctors office.

Made office appointment.. was seen in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Very pleased with visit and will definitely return to this office. Thank you..

I appreciate the professionalism that was stowed upon me from the the time I walked through the door until I left, I would recommend anyone to come there when they require eye care.

Overall my visit went well. The assistant was very kind and seemed knowledgeable of eye care. The optometrist was very helpful as I went through the tests.

Staff was very pleasant, professional, friendly! We felt welcome from the minute we walked in. Dr. C was also pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions about procedures. Loved my 1st visit!

My appointment was set up quickly and was not just effective for my vision issues but very informative along a number of lines that I have been wondering about. The office is very well run which I appreciated.

The office is slightly hidden but worth finding. The doctor was efficient, through, professional and very east to talk to. The staff was great too.
