I had switched to clemson eye because of the service and more detailed visits. Well that went south quick and they also dont sell safety glasses. So , I decided to call medivision back and I got to speak with Anita, told her why I left and what I was dealing with now and she convinced me to give medivision another shot. So she set me up an appointment and I was very pleased to see the improvements that were made with the shop and new people. The Dr. was very thorough, but Anita made my visit , she was so pleasant to work with,very sweet and it was all about making my visit there the best it could be. Thats called GREAT customer service ,thank you Anita and thanks to you, I'll be bringing my business back to medivision. Look forward to seeing you in January 26.

I had my eye exam here about 2 years ago. I called today to schedule an exam and was surprised to hear that there was a balance on my account. I went in for glasses and inferred about contact lenses saying that if my insurance didn't cover them as well as the glasses that I didn't want to go that route. They assured me that my insurance didn't in fact cover both. Now they are saying that I owe them money for the contact lenses. Do not trust this organization. They will scam you if you give them the opportunity.
