We had to take my sister who has Parkinson's to get her glasses. These ladies went above and beyond to be sure she had the right fit and could see before we left there. Here we are spat a year later and her glasses have disappeared from the nursing home. So I went in and explained the problem and they were able to order a new pair for her and we are picking th up today. Thank you for you kindness

The most unorganized, disrespectful doctor's office I have ever dealt with. My first attempt at an appointment ended with me in a waiting room full of people on a Saturday for almost an hour until the receptionist (in a tshirt and jeans) announced that she just received a text from the doctor that he would not be in for another 45 minutes. I chose to reschedule for the following week and received no discount or compensation for my time - only excuses. Dr. required that I come in for a follow-up visit - so I took time off work and drove nearly 45 minutes to another location to make the appointment on his schedule. Turns out, I wasn't actually on the schedule and they had double booked. So I waited 30 minutes until I lost patience ultimately left. I am unsure if these were staff errors on the schedule, internal communication issues, or just blatant negligence. Either way, I will not be returning - lesson learned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this vision center.
