I had an emergency and I needed help with some contacts lenses to get home to Omaha and they went out there way for me! They called and got my prescription and gave me the lenses for free! This place rocks! Highly recommend then....

Came in 15 minutes late, 1 guy in while I watched, in the waiting room. Parking lot empty. 3 eye doctors..?( I had 9, they said 8:30?) and she said nope come back in 3 weeks, she's too busy. So we called Krall in Mitchell, got in the 6th, and cancelled Nelson. Seems like a Huron disease, that attitude of entitlement. We're tired of it.

Terrible customer service and billing department. They did not check the address on file(we had moved 2 years prior) when my husband had an emergency appointment and so they were sending the bill to the wrong address, unknown to us! They had his phone number on file and made no attempts to contact before sending it to collections over a $100 bill! They than sent a sheriff out to deliver it, claiming that we needed to pay the $50 fee to get it delivered. But it was clearly not our problem since they didn't check the address on file or make any real attempts to contact or make it right when we called about it now. Never doing business with this place again. I'll drive over an hour to rather go to a reputable place that treats their customers with care and respect.

Great staff and AWESOME doctors! Very professional and easy to work with. I'm an indecisive person but they were patient while helping me pick out glasses that I absolutely love! I was also nervous to start wearing contacts for the first time but they made me feel comfortable about it & now I wear them every day. Definitely recommend!

Huron Eye Clinic provided excellent service to my wife. We can observe the care they take for the well-being and eye health of their customers. From reception, through the exam to choosing glasses and lenses, we only have praise for everyone who helped us. Everyone was very attentive and patient. We thank and congratulate: Allana, Dr. Albers Kleinsasser and Melissa for the excellent service!

The staff and doctors were amazing. They were more than helpful with picking out my glasses. I love how I can just stop by and they will clean my glasses in the wash machine for me. They explained everything about my glasses to me so I understood what I was getting for the price. Highly recommend!!!

I was told that they were a Tricare provider by multiple employees. When we got the bill showing no Tricare coverage they were still adamant that they were indeed a Tricare provider. However, they are not. We've tried to work with them to get back dated authorizations from our PCM and they neglected to refile. After speaking to them multiple times and emailing authorizations, they failed to check their email and blamed us for not emailing them. We have the sent emails saved showing that we sent them. They were rude, unprofessional and were deceitful claiming to be a Tricare provider. Instead of apologizing for false information and offering the service at the Tricare price, we received nothing for their error.

I tried to set up an appointment through the Department of Veterans Affairs Program "Care in the Community," where they pay providers in the community when the VA cannot provide care or the distance it too far from a VA facility. Vicki handled the situation so unprofessionally and with a pompous attitude immediately assuming I wanted something for free, saying "do you expect us to write this off?" I told her no that wasn't what I was asking for. She returned my call to say they would see me but NOT work with the VA at all. Thanks, I'll go to your competitor, and you're welcome for my 7 years of service in the United States Navy. You should remember to handle all people with kindness.
