I have no idea what store they're going to. I've been playing with the one in Rapid City for over a year now sold me frames. They broke didn't have no more. Give me bad frames to get by with that. That's been over six months ago and very snotty and can't get an appointment and I have no idea how people get anything out of there in an hour. I spent four hours yesterday going back to shit today. I have over 2030 hours waiting and still have not got no frames. Would not suggest for anybody to go there. Very rude help

I needed some new glasses and I wanted them relatively quick. Ryan introduced himself early on and explained the deals and how to make the most of getting some new frames. He was very kind and enthusiastic to help but in a very calm way. I'm typically one to just shop quietly and take my time but I seriously appreciated his input and help. He also spent some time making sure we got the best price possible. Thanks Ryan!

I came in at 530 or so needing glasses ASAP. There were two women working the front and both were extremely kind and helpful despite being busy and it being near the end of their day. The main woman who worked with me was able to help me with finding my insurance and I even got both sets of glasses by the end of the night! I am very impressed and thank you so much!

Yes. They are short staffed here, so you have to wait a little longer than normal BUT these lovely ladies are worth their weight in gold!
They assisted me in transferring a Rx in from out of state so that my son could get another pair prior to Monday (he has very poor vision and broke, then lost his glasses).
We picked out a pair and as soon as our turn was up, he was measured, we went over insurance (they also have good deals for those without insurance).One hour later I received a text stating both pairs of glasses were ready!
Everyone who worked there was friendly and kind despite being so short handed.

The optometrist they partner with is only open 3 days a week. Meaning walk in appointments are only possible Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, however they get really snotty with people who try to do a walk in. Sure, they may be an independent optometrist, however they are partnered with Eyemart Express, and their bad attitude and lack of availability reflects directly upon Eyemart Express. I've been attempting to get an eye appointment for SIX WEEKS now and there's always an excuse. This EyeMart really needs to reconsider their choice in independent optometrists who are partnered with them, because the guy they have is definitely costing them money.
