I had my cataracts removed and new lenses placed in December 2025. I see better than I've seen since I was a little child. I barely need reading glasses! Talk about being excited!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my eye surgery and subsequent visits. Every time I had an appointment, I was subjected to waiting times of over an hour before they even began the check-up. It was unacceptable. Sorry for waiting is not always an answer or an excuse when they consistently make their clients wait. During the surgery, I was made to wait for a staggering two hours before they finally called me in. To add to the frustration, they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. As a result, I had to wait an additional two days before I could start using the prescribed medication. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable. Moreover, just two months after the surgery, the stitch placed inside my eyelid popped out. I contacted their office, hoping for a proper solution, but all dr. Tendler did was trim the visible part of the stitch without addressing the underlying issue or cause.The doctor advised me to return if the discomfort persisted, and it did. When I visited their clinic again, expressing that the pain and poking sensation continued, I was shocked to learn that they expected me to pay $400 to have the stitch removed. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? It is utterly unfair. I urge others to seek the services of an oculoplastic surgeon instead. It's crucial to choose a reliable and competent professional to avoid the disappointment and regret that I experienced. Sorry for waiting is not an acceptable excuse, especially when there are no noticeable changes or improvements in their services.

I had refractive lens surgery done 4 months ago and couldn't be happier about how my results have been. The entire staff and Dr. Tendler were awesome to work with from the very 1st appointment to the last. Would defiantly recommend this surgery if you want to be able to get rid of your glasses. Has made a major change in my life and really appreciate what Dr. Tendler has done for me! Thank you very much!

What an amazing experience. The entire staff was so great to work with. They took time to explain every step--prior to and during surgery and answer all my questions! Dr. Tendler's "pep talk" before surgery was on point--helped to ease any fears/anxiety I may have had! Highly recommend Dr. Tender and Art Vision!!

Staff is very helpful and arranged schedule to accommodate moving my appointment up 45 minutes due to myself having to leave town for a secondary doctors appointment...

Dr. Tindler was very professionally forthright about what I could expect and, although I'm an ideal candidate eye lens replacement, she told me it probably wouldn't change much for me right now. She is very energetic and excited about her work and clearly strives to make her patients comfortable, as did all the staff I encountered. I would highly recommend her for any eye care needs. I plan on sending my husband over for a vision correction consultation, and I will not go anywhere else when that time comes for me to do the same.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered in the medical field. They truly care and treat you as if you are their only patient. Very professional and helpful from the receptionist to the doctor. I'm thankful that I was referred to Doctor Tendler at Artvision.
