From the receptionist to Dr Lorenz himself, my visit was efficient and I felt valued. Dr. Lorenz is highly engaged and doesn't make you feel rushed. He takes the time to answer questions and isn't in a hurry during the actual exam. I went to a different eye doctor for one of my exams and I will never see anyone but Dr. Lorenz any more. He and his staff are wonderful!!

The doctor is thorough and fast. Best eye exam I've had in a while. With being a truck driver accepting walk-ins is a plus (although I did set an appointment). Small office next to lense Crafters in the food court of the mall. I would recommend anyone to go here.
