I didn't know which one to go but I'm glad I chose here! I went there only for my eye exam and didn't purchase glasses. You can go into Target or there is a door you can access the place directly from outside.(left side of Target) The lady at the desk and the eye doctor were nice and friendly. It was smooth and easy process! I'm very happy and I will come back!

The office is in Target and it manages to feel like it's own separate entity. The receptionist, even during the pandemic, was warm and welcoming. We arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled appointment and due to a cancellation she got us in immediately. Dr. Fowels was great. Her personality was warm and friendly. Her equipment was newer than any eye doctor I had been to before, it was pretty cool, how she never left her desk to have the machine change optics. Mason is a frame genius. Not only did he help my hand and and myself pick the perfect pair for our faces, he also helped to make my current pair fit my face better while we await our new ones. Mason was friendly and personable, leaving my husband and I to be glad we chose their optical center.

This was such a great experience. My exam nice and easy. And when I started looking for frames, the staff was wonderful! This team went above and beyond. They under promised and over delivered! Mason worked with my insurance plan to get me the best deal for frames and contacts. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. In Focus Eyecare / Target Optical has my business!

Office felt safe and secure from a Covid standpoint, which brought me a lot of comfort. Front desk was lovely and kind. Dr. Woolery was also wonderful and patient with my questions. She was very thorough in explaining new issues going on with my eyes and she took her time with me. Will definitely be back for my next annual exam. Thanks so much.

I injure my eye while working in the garage, I call In focus eye care and Dr. Woolery was able to fit me in even when she had a full schedule and no other optometrist would see me. She treated my eye and I was better within a couple days. I would highly recommend doctor Woolery for all your eye care she is kind and amazing!!

I have always thought my eye sight was perfect until I recieved a prescription from Dr. Megan Fowels. Being a patient of hers has greatly impacted my daily life for the better. I discovered my eye sight needed improvement and now I can focus better in classes and see clearer. She is very educated in her field and had wonderful customer service.

This is a fast and convient place to get an eye exam. I felt valued as a customer. I do have concerns over HIPPA, privacy, and patient confidentiality because you could hear other target employees talking and caring on conversations in the back stock room which is right next to the exam office on the other side of the wall. There was/is a potential for target employees not in the eye exam office to hear my exam conversations with the doctor. It also made it difficult to hear my doctor and his directions/questions because employees on the other side of the wall were talking so loud and obnoxiously.

The overall experience was phenomenal! From the warm greeting with Kelsey to the attention to detail and amazing bed side manner of Dr. Woolery. 100% found my Optometrist in Sioux Falls.
