Had the pleasure of working with Kathleen who was SO patient and helpful. Her customer service and care was impeccable. Would go back to the store/company just because of her.

All staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Simko answered my rx questions in a way I was able to understand. Making a purchase and explanation of my benefits was also a smooth process with no up selling or pressure to buy now. All around good experience

Kathleen at the SF Empire Mall Lens Crafters was extremely helpful. My new glasses weren't fitting correctly, so she took the sample pair off the shelf and put my lenses into them, adjusted the bows to fit my ears and I was out the door. Appreciate her help very, very much!!!

My glasses broke this morning. I had a new frame just like my broken ones. I brought them into LensCrafters and Kathleen transferred the lenses in five minutes. I am so thankful for her help!

These ladies were extremely nice and helpful when it came to adjusting my glasses/sunglasses. I came in as a walk-in, and they helped right away!! Highly recommend:))

I had a complicated warranty replacement that was fully solved during my visit. Kathleen was especially helpful in resolving the warranty issue.

Today I had one of the best customer service experiences, probably ever. Thanks goes to Taylor T. I am very dependent on my glasses/overly particular about them, was rushing to finish a project, accidentally dropped/stepped on/snapped my daily wear frame. Tried myself to force the lenses to snap into a nearly identical replacement frame for over an hour. Brought the frame and lenses to your store in hopes there was a solution. Taylor listened, politely offered to assist, explained a small portion of the lenses will likely need to be shaved down in order to seat properly. He cautioned there is a risk this process may damage or break the (expensive and rare colorway) frame. I was confident in assuming the risk as his expertise had become apparent at this point. Must mention, it was near closing time, was hoping I could leave them and return another day. Taylor stated I can take care of this now, did a quick inspection, devised the solution. He installed one lens, tried them out, right on. Taylor shaped the lenses to the precise fit in what I thought was a surprisingly short amount of time. Just, wow man. Will return soon to purchase sunglasses I spotted while there. Thanks again, Taylor.
