This is my second time getting an eye exam at Pearle Vision, and once again, I left completely impressed. The staff is super friendly, the office is clean, and I noticed they've updated their eyewear selection since my last visit--it's fresh and stylish.
What I really appreciate is how personable and knowledgeable the team is. They take time to give you one-on-one service, helping you find frames that truly fit your face, lifestyle, and fashion sense. There's no pressure or pushy sales tactics--just a smooth, comfortable experience. They even introduced me to options I didn't know were available. I ended up choosing a second pair of frames, and they converted them into sunglasses, which was a great surprise.
What really touched me, though, was the kindness shown to my family. After my daughter experienced a house fire, the supervisor and nurse at Pearle Vision heard about it and gifted my grandson a Dairy Queen gift card. That gesture was so unexpected and deeply appreciated. It just speaks to the kind of heart and care that makes Sioux Falls special.

When I moved to Sioux Falls Heidi did my first eye exam for contacts. She's super nice, relatable and funny. Anaya helped me and my spouse also my first visit for a pair of glasses. She is knowledgeable and isn't afraid to ask for help. Both my spouse and I have insurance but it only cover certain parts for vision. She took the time to walk us through the process. She very nice and great conversation. Ale Stacy and Soozie were also great keeping good conversation. Soozie is hilarious! She doesn't let anything hang low! Just check out her glasses! Her rizz is unbeatable.
