Amazing experience always. Great customer service, greeted with smiles and treated so well. My medically complex 2 year old was in a mood but they made the appointment go seamlessly. Cannot recommend enough!

All the staff was great and friendly. Dr. Danielle Keith was super thorough and patient. My kids had a great experience and are actually excited to go back:)

They seem clean on the outside but once you have an appointment, you'll soon realize things aren't what they seem. I tried to utilize this business for my vision prescription needs. Pretty much every time I would call with questions or to set appointment, they talked to me like I wasn't worth a dime of their time. People at the front didn't really seem too happy to see anyone walking in the door. During COVID, they seemed so tense and high stressed and that reflected on the service they provided to me. And no, I don't want to hear everyone was under a lot of pressure. That doesn't mean I get to get poor service and still pay top dollar, correct? One experience led to me switching providers in the past. I call to ask very basic questions and requested callbacks several times. No one reached out so I called back and received backlash for even bringing it up. And bringing up the fact no one was taking care of me. Passive aggressive demenaor from reception staff. My issues were addressed with leads but the response felt robotic. I won't return if I can help it!

I love Dr. Brink. The rest of the staff??? I have ordered lenses for my frames and it took a long time. Over a week ago the lenses for my dark pair were ordered, 585.00. I sent a check for 500.00 and about a week later I went to pick them up. I asked to have them send me a bill for the 85.00. They could not do so, every thing has to be paid for before it can leave. I stated that you did not seem to mind getting the 500 but now 85 is a problem. She stated they have been cheated (my word) so many times they could do so. I resent that she placed me in with all the deadbeats. I am 74 years old, have a credit rating of 820 and have been doing business there for over 20 years. I am not a deadbeat and I am also not a customer any more. There are other providers in Sioux Falls...good bye!!!!

Dr Brink has been my Eye Doctor for about 13 years now. She is definitely a little different. Which I love because I'm the same way. She has a "Lifes To Short) attitude until it comes to yor eyes. I never had my exam explained better by my eye doctor. I strongly recommend her. On my recent visit(10 minutes ago) I met her assistant for the first time. She happened to be the person that checked me in. She was very knowledgeable of the equipment. Performed all the test as quickly as I've ever had them done. The whole time she was very personable. Actually she was a delight. I don't know if I can request her when I come in but I'm going to find out. You can't go wrong with Tania. Pronounce like the word tan. 5 stars again. Always 5 STARS !!!

We live 45 miles from Sioux Falls and we showed up at 6:00pm because we had some other errands to run. We did not know that they close at 6:00 pm. We had some contacts to pick up for our kids. The doctors and employees were walking out the door to go home for the day and they asked if we needed something. They graciously helped us with no problem. This is customer service!!! Thank you. What a wonderful place, full of wonderful people. Short story time. I left town in Kansas City for work on short notice, and I forgot to pack anything, including my daily contacts. I called up and spoke to Sherri (sorry about spelling). She was able to work with my local eye doctor and get me in a trial set of contacts absolutely free of charge to me. Sherri was a tremendous help, everyone was super nice and helpful. They helped me despite having virtually no way to earn my business and didn't charge me anything. I can't thank everyone here enough! For local residents, their customer service is great and if you need an eye doctor, definitely come here!

Stay away. I would give 0 stars if I could. This was a good clinic and I was a client for more than 20 years. No more! I had issues with my prescription and was told by Sioux Falls Family Vision that my $750 glasses needed adjusted. I made seven trips to Sioux Falls for an "adjustment". Finally the "manager" told me that the prescription was probably wrong and I should get another exam. He looked at my glasses because the bows were loose from all the "adjustments" and then just handed them back to me with "we really don't care" attitude. Are you kidding me? I went elsewhere and my new eye doctor confirmed my script was wrong--it was too strong! And, they said the screws were stripped from incorrectly making "adjustments" to the frames. They said the glasses were under a 1-year warranty and could order a replacement pair for free. I only needed to cover the cost of my new lenses. To add more insult, Sioux Falls Family Vision didn't bother with my request to have my records sent to the new clinic. No surprise they can't handle transferring records either. All around horrible experience. They only want your money and could care less about your vision!
