Kristin and Jackie are the best! My sunglasses broke while away from home. Kristin's help, calm, and patient voice was a pleasant experience! She kept me informed on how to mail them back there and get a warranty placement. Took out the stressful situation. Jackie was able to Fed X them to me. Eye DR's employees are a great team. Excellent customer service.

Unprofessional and rude. The doctor gave me a set of contacts for free to try and they tried to charge me for them. Than had me remove them and throw away. Dr vanderzee was great but the front counter staff were not pleasant. Will not be returning.

I trusted this place for many years. Last year I went to get new lenses put into my expensive frames. The first try was nowhere near right so I refused to take them. They put in 3 sets of lenses, none of them right, and finally their tech broke my frames after I told her to quit bending them trying to make them better. They didn't want to compensate me at all for the broken frame because they were 'used' so I suggested trying to repair them. They did but within a few months they failed where they were soldered. Again, they refused any compensation for the frames so I asked for my money back on the lenses and I will go elsewhere. Years ago I had a problem with lenses provided by another provider and they gave me all my money back without question. I am greatly disappointed with their attitude towards a long time customer. Plus, they put me into a glaucoma monitoring program that seemed hokey and designed to take advantage of my insurance.

I have been with the Eye Drs for years. Why you ask? Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The staff at the desk to the Eye Drs are a team and it shows in the attitude of the staff. They create a family feel in the clinic. The Eye Drs are thorough. They offer a variety of tests to check eye needs such as cataracts. The glasses are a little more expensive but you can take your script elsewhere. I prefer to stay because I know the quality will be of high standards. They work with you to get the fit right. The variety of glasses is a little higher in cost due to brands.They do offer a small variety for lower cost but not as cute or trendy. Contacts okay you can order them. Restroom available. Parking and handicapped parking accessible.

I had to chuckle at Beverly's review..." I have been with the Eye Doctors for 14 years and have had a great experience with them. They are always very friendly and helpful." but gave them 1 star! I'll bet it was a mistake and you can't change it once the "send button is pushed!" LOL Anyway, Dr. G. has been great for years. They are always up-to-date with the latest advances in eye care technology and the folks there have always been friendly and ready to help in any way! Laura, the office manager is always helpful too!! I highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

The Eye Doctor staff is second to none. From the time I checked in, to walking out of their office, the staff was polite, friendly, and upbeat. Brandi was amazing explaining my insurance coverage, as well as (honestly) recommending me a new pair of glasses; while adhering to my cost concerns. She made the whole situation time efficient for me, as well an displayed an authentic concern towards my financial and aesthetic needs. And, it took the eye technician one time to adjust my glasses. #5starbusiness

All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. My appointment was on time (no waiting!) and efficient. My exam was thorough with immediate results that the doctor explained and made sure I understood. Very good experience! I may or may not purchase eyeglasses there but they didn't pressure me to do that which I appreciate.

I have been coming to Eye Doctors, P.C. for many years now and absolutely love it! Very clean, modern and the staff is so nice and professional. They always have amazing choices in glasses. I always recommend to anyone who asks what a good eye doctor is.
