We love Vision Care! Dr. Kremlich is nowledgeable and personable. She is great with me and my kids. We have always had good service when picking out new glasses and contacts. They are also good at working with insurance companies. The only complaint I have about this location is that they can be slow, we have to plan on an hour for a checkup and longer if we need to order anything.

I visited this office a couple months ago. I really like Dr Kramlich - she is incredible. But I did not enjoy my experiences with the staff. They were very weird when I asked for pricing information on different contact brands. It took them way too long to gather the information, and they were insistent on a specific brand that I had not tried and did not want to try because it was too expensive. I said that cost is very important to me, but they kept pushing the expensive brands. I ultimately left disappointed and empty handed because I didn't feel like arguing on which brand I wanted to buy, and I didn't want to overpay.
I called today to request my prescription information so that I could order contacts elsewhere since my insurance has recently changed, and they were very short on the phone. I had to call back to request my records emailed because the numbers they gave me over the phone did not look correct and ultimately did not match what they emailed me. The whole vibes of the office are strained, and the experience was both pushy and unhelpful.

The doctor is great, but her staff need quite a bit of help. I don't think it is fair to assume that every adult wants a contact lens fitting, and not include that it is $60. My bill was 5x what I expected because they (conveniently) left that out. I rarely wear contacts, and had no intention of purchasing any that year, which I had mentioned.
Transparency is important, and a skill they have yet to learn. I will not be returning.

I have been coming here for years and have been really having an issue with the last time I had my glasses adjusted. I came in for an adjustment and while they adjusted them, they broke them. The person told me "I'm really sorry, but while I was adjusting your glasses, I broke them. I can't replace them because they are no longer under warranty." I don't feel that it is a warranty issue because it covers manufacturers defects, not the person working who breaks it. This worker didn't even want to help me resolve this, she just wanted me to leave like nothing had happened. She almost didn't want to glue them for me but I made her try because they were my frames and I still needed them..
