By far, Walmart Optical is the best place I ever go for my lenses and frames. I've never been disappointed as the staff are highly knowledgeable and take the time to make sure the glasses fit right.

Brenda, Kelly, Parker and Doreen are THE BEST!!! I had the best time ever and fast exam! They were friendly, kind, patient, and best of all helpful when I was selecting new frames! Kelly helped save me so much money on a deal for Rx sunglasses. I will for sure come back again. Worth the money and saving time, greatly appreciate the amazing customer service.

Reception rude, insensitive, uneducated. She turned my 2 teen boys away because she claimed I had to pay $85 out of pocket each for their appointment because their blue cross insurance was out of network and walmart could not bill South dakota Medicaid because it would be denied. This is after I told her my insurance was pre approved and verified 2 hr before the appointment and was told sd Medicaid covers children at 100%. In addition she tried to have me fill out 2 clip boards of info while I was trying to soothe my 3 week old newborn. Completely inconsiderate and uninformed. I called Medicaid from the waiting area after walmart told me to pay or go elsewhere. Medicaid verified the appointment would be covered and walmart needs to review the provider section of their benefits because I should not have been turned away. I scheduled at the east side instead who confirmed the appointment would be covered with no problem. It was a complete waste of my time and energy.
