The staff at this location were so kind! One of the opticians kindly told me someone would be with me shortly. Another, Shirla, was so calm and patient; she gave me some sound advice on blue-light glasses (I love these!). I went back to pick up my second pair, and yet another optician kindly walked me through the fitting, which was super quick.

I could not believe how rude staff was when I came in to fill a prescription for contact lenses. Carol was the gal I spoke to and she told me they could not fill a prescription for lenses since I did not have my eye exam completed at their optical center. When I explained that I had never had an issue previously filling a current prescription, she rolled her eyes and asked to view my prescription. I showed it to her and she told me they didn't carry that brand of contact lenses. They were acuvue oasys! I ended up just leaving and taking my business somewhere else. I won't be returning to this location at all.
