I really liked my visit! Not only did my optometrist perform an excellent job and I can now see clearly, but the lady who assists you in selecting your glasses, helps you to find the right pair that not only that looks good but that will also be suitable for your prescription. That stuck out to me and reflects positively on her and the company. She was incredibly helpful, and I receive compliments all the time. Additionally, there's donation box for gently used glasses, that I was able to utilize, which made me feel good and hopefully someone else can use them.

Everyone was super nice, professional. Very in depth. I hadn't been to a eye specialist for a while because I wasnt told what I needed to know. I wasnt just another patient or cattle to just be push through and rushed.
Also brought my 4 yr old with and they welcomed her rather than being annoyed. Lots of smiles. I will be driving from gillette to spearfish to visit them.

From the moment you walk through the door, you're warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. Both Michelle and Racheal were so kind and patient, answering all of my questions with care. Dr. Petry was absolutely amazing--she took the time to explain everything in detail, even showing diagrams so I could fully understand what she was talking about (which I really appreciate!).
The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. I can't recommend Mountain Valley Vision Center enough--we're so glad to have found them and look forward to continuing our eye care here!

I've been to different eye doctors living in different places and I felt like they were more thorough. I also didn't feel rushed through the experience which was awesome. Everyone was super kind and there was no pressure to purchase eye glasses there. That's the first time I felt at ease with walking out having not bought any.
