This clinic is awesome. Everyone made me feel safe. Super place for sure.

Dr Osmundson and his team at the Ophthalmology Center were very professional, organized, and efficient. From the minute I walked in the door of the clinic, I was greeted with friendly smiling faces and that kind and caring attitude resonated throughout the facility. I got in for my exams with minimal waiting and was shuttled through different areas with no waiting in between. I had a good experience and would recommended it to anyone needing cataract care.

The service is good. The doctor is knowledgable. This business was recently bought out by this new group. I was used to the ways of my past doctor and his team. Compared to my past doctor's team, this new doctor's ways are a bit more formal and seems to be more needing to have you come in to be looked at, a-lot more. Example, ordered a sample pair of contacts. The same brand I've worn in the past, just a different model. In order to try them, I had to go in, be tested on a machine, try them on and see the doctor. Then after 2 weeks, I was told I again needed to go in and see the doctor. (I had my annual eye checkup in earlier months with past doctor.) In the past, I had one fitting with one person who worked in this area. I would pick-up the contacts and try the sample pair on for a bit. If I liked them, we ordered them. And so, this first visit with this group, I felt confused and some of the staff seemed a bit confused. Not understanding why so many visits with the doctor. All in all, this doctor and team seem to be very good.

Had early morning visual disturbance and called for appt with office,but was informed that the usual Dr was unable to travel because of weather. Was told by nurse that he would call me in several hours to see if symptoms persisted which disappeared and set me up with visit locally in 48 hours which occured and received exam and relief to my mind. New patients beware! This office no longer has any desk staff on their phone, it is now answered by people in Sioux Falls, who claim they'll have the office call you, then do NOT call you. After several attempts to fine tune a contact lens prescription, what seemed to be the right tuning had the absolute wrong fit somehow as ordered. I called to get an appointment, I had trouble seeing outside of one range, and the lens was so hard to get out my eye hurt from it. And the final removal caused a sliver of the edge to separate from the lens, making it unwearable. I called the number and got Sioux Falls, they claimed they'd "have someone contact me", multiple days and no one has. Update: after calling them back, they tried to schedule me... we the Sioux Falls office, over 2 hours away! I had to stop them I'm the middle and point out that i was calling for the Watertown office. searching for new eye roctor now

It took a little while as they have appointments every 10 minutes so they do procedures in intervals but...overall I was completely satisfied with my experience! The staff was very friendly and every step of my procedure was explained before they did it.
