This place is the best eye dr I've ever gone to. Medical issues mean I need to be seen often for my eyes, and they are amazing and nice and helpful here. My criticism is that i use a wheelchair, and there are 2 huge bumps on the sidewalk and one on the ramp, each one about an inch high. I can't get from the parking lot to the front door without going over those 3 bumps.

Been a customer for a few years. Great experience from having my exams to picking out my glasses. They figure out the price in a very easy to see way that makes it easy to decide what options you have. The people are all very personable and helpful.

Excellent doctors fantastic customer service 4 to 6 weeks to get glasses Far to long in my humble opinion After finding out about the delay i was informed i would not be able to get my money back. I now have to wait an additional 3 weeks 3 additional weeks pf not being able to see drive work assist my clients or even go a day without a massive impactful headache. Had i known this at the time of purchase i would have made other arrangements. This is the third maybe fourth time i have seen this doctor With nothing poor to say about customer service or the quality of care. I understand this is outside their control and dont blame them I would consider such a LONG delay to delivery to be made up front UPDATE: day 14 no one has been able to tell me when I should be getting my glasses. 21 more days at best estimate. Still cant read assist clients or get billing I am at the point of failure Day 15 still no idea when they will arrive. Frustration level high cant read drive or work effectively. Its not the doctors fault the optometrist fault the lab that is grinding the glass or even an issue with the frames This is my fault. If you rely on your glasses and have only one pair Take them off for two days. Then you will understand the true value of a cheap second pair for just these occasion. I will in fact be looking to get a second pair They dont need to be expensive Just have a second pair avoid my level of frustration ANd get yourself a second pair Dont let my experience be your reality LAST UPDATE: glasses are in unexpectedly sooner than i was mentally preparing myself for. Remember Not having two pairs is your fault, not theirs This dr. his assistance and the opticians are exceptional and they all are empathetic to your suffering. Cant wait till next year exam Remember 2 pairs or you dont have glasses. WOOO WHOOO in 30 min ill have the best vision ever.

They have some major issues getting contact lenses in. I recommend getting lasic eye surgery as it would be faster. The people that work there are very friendly and the eye doctors do great work. It doesn't do me any good or anyone else when they can't get contact orders in when you need them.

I initially visited here and was taking a new prescription and was not feeling myself. They shuffled me in and out with both my insurance and I ended up paying my weekly gas money for work. When I expressed concern I was promptly told how incorrect I was. I was treated rudely for visits after this and have informed the BBB about all that has happened in more detail. They have also charged both my insurance providers for ONE exam so I'm not even able to get out of this place til the new year where I will be happily leaving this place of business for much better. I been shuffled and down talked and lied to by them. They also falsely informed the BBB that I was cursing at them. While on hold several times adding up to 20 minutes I was discussing with my husband my frustrations. If they heard any swearing it was not directly to them and they should have said something instead of pretending to be on hold for so long.

If you are not a patient they won't sell you contact lenses even if you have a valid Rx. Visiting here from Mississippi I was very disappointed with the hospitality shown

Dr. Feser saw me promptly when I had a broken contact lost in my eye. I am a longtime patient and would recommend the team here to everyone!

Customer service is very poor.
