We had recently purchased a frame from sri nethralaya opticals store in rayachoti branch. While fitting the lens the frame broken then we informed to sri nethralaya opticals store they are not taking the responsibility of that from it's been only 15 days we have purchased frame from store.The staff and store manager behaved very rudely with us. We had never expected this kind of respone from sri nethralaya opticals.Too bad.We are requesting that replace the frame.

Worst experience, seems like a fake Doctor, very arrogant and doesn't even know how to diagnose the issue.. she gave a false review and when we went to Dr. Agarwals for 2nd opinion issue got resolved in less than half an hour.. where as the lady Doctor at srinethralaya is just money oriented and made us to spend lot of money
