Worst customer service at Alwal branch. Pathetic, girls Mounika who was at counter disappear when we asked for glass. Then a boy came he was very rude and when we asked for service he told Mounika will take care. Then I asked for when she will come he was not having any answer. Simply avoiding and time pass. Please take care of the customer service. I have seen many boys where there but all were at one cabin. I don't know why they are simply time passing.

Worse experiece. I am writing my genuine experience. Very bad service. First ,when I went to purchase the spectacles at Gachibowli store they have generated bill on wrong name. Then I asked them to change they said they will cancel my order and reorder . I paid money for second pair and gave they have placed for refund for first pair of specs. I thought it was just a mistake. Next time I my specks had screw issue and one of the glass came out of specks, I asked them for service. They was a girl Mounika in store Alwal Lenskart, she says on sunday we have too many customers we will not do today. I said okay for it. I left the specs with them and asked them take 2 days and fix them. After an hour they called and said give an otp , which comes on mobile number, I gave the otp. Now she says ur specks cant be repaired because skrew got stuck. I purchased specks only 5 months back. I was really disappointed and just took my specks made it done from local shop just side of lenskart. He took 60 rupees and fixed both my specks and gave me.This Mounika is very very rude. Please read negative comments before purchasing anything from this store. This woman here dont have manners to talk. I thought going to store and give her left and righg, but I felt no use ,because I am not comming to lenskart anymore, nor I will suggest to my friends. Lenskart service and hospatility both are worse. Better I go for local vendor, just more better brands. Dont think I trying to defame any company, I just asking improve service and please your staff are rude

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the poor customer service I experienced at your store. When I first visited the store, a sales representative named Monica informed me about an offer of two pairs of glasses for 5000 if u have a membership. I chose one pair of sunglasses and one pair of regular spectacles, clearly mentioning that both needed to be with power. I placed the order accordingly. However, when I went back to collect the products, Monica was not present. Another staff member attended to me politely, and upon checking, I realized that the sunglasses did not have power. I was then informed that I needed to pay an additional 1499 for powered sunglasses -- information that was never shared with me earlier by Monica. Despite my disappointment and wasted time, I went ahead and paid the extra amount. I was informed that the powered sunglasses would be ready by 1st November, and I visited the store again today to collect them. This time, I met Monica again, and her attitude was extremely unprofessional and sarcastic. When I tried to explain my issue, she argued instead of acknowledging the mistake and even refused to call the store manager when requested. Her behavior was rude, defensive, and not at all customer-centric. I request Lenskart to kindly look into this matter seriously. You may verify the interaction through your CCTV footage and billing records. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given accurate information before purchase. She preferred to refund back everything that u purchased with a lot of sarcasm in the time, but not apologise for what she has done Akshaya another rep helped me with the refund with politeness and positive attitude and confirmed it would be done by EOD I also have her video recorded for the proof..the store have my details U can contact me for the video proof I hope you will take appropriate action and ensure that such experiences do not repeat in the future.

I had a great experience with Lenskart! The quality of the frames and lenses is excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable. The website is easy to use, and the delivery was quick and well-packed. I also liked their customer support,especially thankss to Anitha! very polite and helpful. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend Lenskart to others!

Worst customer service, they do not value customer's time, I ordered specs only order on Jan 1st till now not recieved, this is pathetic service. Why they are not firing these idiots who do time pass in the name of job. I am a customer of lenskart from last 5 years But never expected this kind of worst service.

Very bad behaviour with customers and out side board is free eye test. After checking site they asking money. Very very very bad behavior. Before they don't say fee after checking they demand money. 300/-
