Very disappointing experience at Dr. Agrawal Eye Care.
I went there for a normal eye check-up, but the waiting time was extremely long. It took more than 2 hours just for the basic check-up, and even after that, the staff kept saying it would take more time.
On every floor, there is only one doctor handling 20-25 patients at a time, which creates huge delays and poor patient management.
They do not clearly inform the actual waiting time in advance. First, they say it will take 1 hour, but in reality, you end up sitting in the waiting lobby for 2+ hours, which is very frustrating, especially for elderly patients and working professionals.
The hospital needs to seriously improve appointment scheduling, patient flow, and communication.
Overall, very poor time management and patient experience. I would not recommend this place unless you have a lot of free time.

waiting period is around two hours though their own good process but they can't pass the message to visitor what could be the process. Though preinvestigation rooms are six doctor consultation is only one, then think how much waiting period. Even no one will guide you until you followup on this. Overall Govt OPD provides better service than this hospital.

From the moment you walk in, it feels like every step is designed to push unnecessary tests and charges rather than provide meaningful medical care. The services are extremely poor, retain doctors are not available,and there is a noticeable lack of proper guidance, support, and professionalism. Instead of focusing on patient comfort or clear communication, the staff appear more interested in billing than in offering real treatment. It's incredibly disappointing to see a healthcare facility prioritize profit over basic service quality, leaving patients feeling neglected, frustrated, and unheard."
