I was really disappointed with my revisit to the hospital this weekend. During my previous visit, the lady doctor did an excellent job and provided detailed feedback and guidance. However, this time, the male doctor (I couldn't recall his name) seemed to be in a hurry -- he spent less than two minutes with us, even though there was no one else waiting. He didn't properly diagnose my child or provide any suggestions or precautions. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience compared to my earlier visit. I hope the hospital ensures more attentive and patient-focused consultations in the future.

I am very satisfied with the experience. Got cataract surgery done for my mother in Jan 2023. A pretty decent hospital in Narsingi and Manikonda area. No rush or crowd. Although I could have consulted at Agarwal or Medivision, this hospital turned out to be much better. Great value for the money. My mom's vision has improved greatly. Thanks to Dr. Nischala and the optometrists and front office desk.
